MARCK is now featured in the prestigious JUVE Handbook. We could not be more pleased.

MARCK has advised the Munich-based technology company Agile Robots AG on its entry as majority shareholder and strategic investor in the Munich-based idealworks GmbH. The transaction was primarily advised by ARQIS. In close cooperation with ARQIS, MARCK has advised Agile Robots on antitrust and merger control in relation to the transaction.

The business magazine FOCUS has included MARCK in its list with the best corporate law firms in Germany for Antitrust Law.

The German “Handelsblatt” in cooperation with “BestLawyers” has recognized both MARCK partners Reto Batzel and Georg Schmittmann.

MARCK advised Quadriga Capital Partners on merger control in the acquisition of Signiton Holding. The law firm ARQIS acted as lead counsel to Quadriga Capital on this transaction.
